Couple Packages: If you purchase a designated "Couple Package," the assets may only be shared with the single, specific individual named in the checkout slot at the time of purchase.

No Redistribution: You may not trade, redistribute, share, leak, or price-split this avatar and/or package under any circumstances.

No Public Uploads: You may not upload or make this avatar and/or package public on VRChat or any other platform. If a public version is available, an official link will be provided at the top of the store page.

No Derivative Works: You may not extract, strip, or reuse assets, meshes, scripts, or textures from this package to use on other custom models or personal projects.

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase any NSFW (adult 18+) variations of this product. Minors are strictly prohibited from purchasing NSFW content. If an avatar lacks a SFW variation, please contact the creator directly to request one.

FOR ASSETS SPECIFICALLY: All my assets, free or paid, are allowed on private/commercial/public/free/nitro/etc. avatars

For custom work or avatar edits involving my standalone assets, the following rules apply depending on who owns the license:

If the Creator owns the asset license: The creator is free to use the asset on the client's project and may continue to reuse that asset on their own future commercial or personal projects.

If ONLY the Client owns the asset license: The client may share the asset files with their chosen creator strictly for the duration of that specific commission. The completed avatar must be uploaded as a PRIVATE model for that client only.

The Editor Piracy Ban: If a client provides you with my asset files for a commission, you do not own a license to that asset. You are strictly prohibited from keeping the files, reusing them on other projects, or using them to create personal, public, free, Nitro, or commercial avatars. To reuse the asset for any other client or project, you must purchase your own copy from this store.

To protect intellectual property and prevent fraud, you agree that if you violate these terms, your contact information (including your email address, transaction history, and platform handles) will be shared privately with trusted creator networks, platform creators, and fraud-prevention groups.

FAQ

Will you edit your avatars for me? No, sorry :( I will only upload my avatars, not edit.

Will you update outdated avatars? Not a guarantee, but most likely! just lmk if they are broken

Will you remake this avatar/asset? Maybe, just ask! If not a remake, I may make a new, similar avatar (ex: Lyra was inspired off Delora V1 and Raven)

Will you make a matching to one of your avatars? Ask! I may look into it. The only one I'd probably say no straight up to is Mallory, as her whole theme is heartbreak.

Will you make a public version of this avatar? Ask! Things may be removed from paid/free versions so there's an incentive to still buy.

Will you sell any of your public only avatars? Ask! But warning, most have a reason why they are public only, and will have to be changed.

Can minors buy your avatars? Around the end of 2024 I started including SFW variants to my avatars, so yes as long as you buy the SFW version! They are made to be more minor-friendly too (because there's a lot of SFW avatars out there that don't technically get nudey but strip down to thongs and pasties. We have shorts under our skirts, people!)

I can't afford the avatar/asset, can I have a discount? We can absolutely work something out! I'd rather lose a few bucks than have you find the avatar free through sketchy/risky means.

I bought a couple package, can I get a code so my friend/partner can have the avatar at all times? Sure! So long as you put their info at checkout, have them contact me and I'll get them a free code.

Do you do commissions? Other than Quest conversions and neck merges, no. I work too erratically to feel comfortable picking up any sort of big project. Plus I can only focus on what I WANT to do.

I was banned due to breaking TOS, what now? Still please reach out. if you are six months without any trouble, I will unban you. If you are still in leaking servers but don't talk in them anymore, you will still stay banned. I don't know who you're potentially DMing in that server. This includes those public Booth servers.
