By purchasing this digital product, you explicitly agree to the following legally binding terms and conditions:

All my assets, free or paid, are allowed on private/commercial/public/free/nitro/etc. avatars.

Please credit back to this page. Do not claim my assets as your own. Ask before use on other games.

No Redistribution: You may not trade, redistribute, leak, or price-split this asset(s) and/or package(s) under any circumstances.

Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and truthful checkout information (including your real email, active Discord username, and active VRChat handle). Providing intentionally false data to bypass accountability constitutes a breach of this contract.

All Sales Are Final: Due to the immediate, digital, and irreversible nature of delivery for these files, all sales are final. Refunds are issued solely at the seller's discretion.

Chargeback Policy: Initiating an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute will result in the immediate and permanent revocation of your license, termination of access to the files, and loss of any future product updates.

Accountability: The checkout information required during purchase is collected strictly for piracy protection, license tracking, and buyer accountability. If you are found to be in violation of these rules—including leaking files or initiating fraudulent chargebacks—you will be subject to a formal DMCA takedown notice on relevant platforms and a permanent blacklist from this store.

To protect intellectual property and prevent fraud, you agree that if you violate these terms, your contact information (including your email address, transaction history, and platform handles) will be shared privately with trusted creator networks, platform creators, and fraud-prevention groups.
